Roland Loelkes is an experienced advisor and owner in the rapidly growing Agent Centric Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in the country and worldwide. He focuses on growing eXp Realty and eXp Commercial, and represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial, residential, and investment properties throughout California and the National market.

Roland has a diverse business background, including representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate, investors, developers, builders, and 1031 exchange clients. He also has experience working during the real estate market crash of 2007-2013, representing and selling over 550 REO properties for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Roland’s approach emphasizes exclusive representation and a marketing concept that focuses on creating competition among buyers, allowing him to consistently achieve his clients’ goals with a personal touch. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from California State University, Chico, and minors in Business Marketing, Spanish, and German.

In his personal life, Roland enjoys participating in adult sports leagues, beach outings, golfing, traveling, fishing, and spending time with his kids, family, and friends. He is also fluent in Spanish and German and can assist clients in these languages when needed.
