Confidentiality

  1. All communications, including but not limited to emails, messages, and documents from Exponential Acquisition or Agent Premier Network:

    • May contain confidential and/or privileged information
    • Unauthorized dissemination, distribution, or copying is strictly prohibited
    • Recipients who receive communications in error must: a. Immediately notify us at (213) 800-9133 b. Delete all copies of the communication c. Refrain from using or disclosing the information contained therein
  2. Confidential Information Protection:
    • Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information
    • Users will use appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure
    • Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action

Dispute Resolution
