He is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). His focus area is industrial real estate and businesses in need of industrial or commercial space to operate. Ben’s diverse education and experience in engineering and project management give him a wide perspective on the industry and allows him to assist clients in finding the right solutions for their needs.

Robert Creamer

Robert Creamer is an experienced commercial real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in 2005 after graduating with a degree in Real Estate. He has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry and has experience as a solo agent, forming a team, growing a division of a company, and launching a new team, the 7 Streams Commercial Group. In 2020, he created and launched LearnCommercial.com, an affordable commercial real estate education platform. Robert’s passion is helping people and he uses commercial real estate to help people’s dreams become a reality. He is known for his ability to adapt and grow in an ever-changing environment through education, and his motto is “do the right thing, destroy the box and change the world.” Robert is also a dedicated father to his two young boys, loves to travel, and plays golf as often as possible.

Jason Suchecki

Jason Suchecki is an experienced business broker based in Houston, Texas. He began his career in business brokerage as his own customer, as one of the first Anytime Fitness franchisees, starting his first location in 2005. He quickly built locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Texas and has experience selling fitness industry and healthcare industry businesses. He also has experience working with several restaurants in selling their locations and/or real estate. Tawnya Gilreath
Tawnya Gilreath, JD, CM&AP, CBI, CExP is a highly experienced business advisor and managing director of LA Business Pros. She helps business owners prepare, position and successfully sell their businesses by developing effective exit strategies. With her credentials as a Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Certified Exit Planner (CExP), Tawnya has the knowledge and expertise to help her clients achieve optimal results. Tawnya serves on the Board of Governors and is the Education Committee Chair for M&A Source, Board of Directors and is the Forms Committee Chair for the California Association of Business Brokers, and is a course contributor and instructor for both the California Association of Business Brokers and the International Business Broker Association. Her focus is on helping business owners avoid common mistakes and achieve a successful business sale, allowing them to move forward with their plans.

Charles Swanberg

Charles Swanberg is a highly experienced and licensed Real Estate Broker with over 36 years in the industry. He is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIRCRE) and currently serves as the Industrial Logistics Chair for eXp Commercial. Charles began his professional career with the Grubb & Ellis Company in the Silicon Valley before moving to Southern California, where he specialized in industrial brokerage transactions. He has extensive experience in owner/user and tenant/landlord representation, investment acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction analysis and budgeting, and capital markets. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and is a native of Kobe, Japan.
